Properly brewed alcoholic ginger beer. Naturally fermented with real ginger. 4.5% ABV, designed for permanent pub tap lines. Not a mixer, not a soft drink — a proper session drink.

Three pilot batches brewed and refined. Recipe finalised. Ready for the first commercial run. Need capital to go from kitchen table to tap handle.

What's the ask?

£10–15k via SAFE agreements. £500 minimum, £3,000 maximum per person. Simple, clean, no nonsense.

The Story

Born in a kitchen. Built for the bar.

It started the way most good ideas start — with a kitchen that smelled terrible and a partner asking what on earth was fermenting in the cupboard.

Nobody was making a proper alcoholic ginger beer for pubs. Not on tap. Not with real fermentation. So we decided to make it ourselves.
